1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
   A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. ALTERNATIVE (FREE) METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE):
   To enter without purchasing, mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:
   Red Bird RD Raffle, 4539 North 22nds Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
3. PRIZE:
   One winner will receive their choice of an available upcycled designer bag, up to a value of $489.
4. ELIGIBILITY:
   Open to U.S. legal residents aged 18 or older. Void where prohibited. 
5. RAFFLE PERIOD & DRAWING:
   Entries available until Friday, September 14, 2025. Winner selected by random drawing on or about September 18, 2025.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
   Winner will be announced on Instagram (@red_bird_rd) and notified via email. Please add admin@redbirdrd.com to your contacts. The winner must respond within 48  hours of notification or they will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. ODDS OF WINNING:
   Determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
8. TAXES & LIABILITY:
   Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor is not liable for technical, production, electronic, or typographical errors, or any failures in their respective systems. Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL:
   By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to any other requirements deemed necessary by Sponsor. In case of dispute, winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.
