To initiate a return, please read below
We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders + no restocking fees! The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit never expires. Please email admin@redbirdrd.com to start the return process.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Within 14 days: We gladly accept returns for store credit (of unworn items) if postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN?
Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused with no makeup residue and with all the original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE.
Items purchased with a 30% or more coupon code are final sale and cannot be returned.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours by email to admin@redbirdrd.com. We ask that you please include photos of the damage to expedite the process.
We do our best to accurately depict the correct colors of our accessories but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify as defects.
ARE YOUR RETURN LABELS FREE?
If you choose to use return an item you are responsible for shipping it back. Please keep a record of your tracking number so you can follow your order back to us. You may also request we send you a shipping label. These fees will be deducted from any store credit and/or refund amount.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
WHAT PACKAGING SHOULD I SEND THE RETURN IN?
Please return your items in the original packaging or any packaging that will safely return the items back to us. Please make sure to package them so they do not break on the return to us. If items are broken upon return, we can not accept the return.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PROCESSING TIME?
Once you receive an email indicating your return has been received, please allow up to 14 business days for us process your return. We appreciate your patience.
