Shipping policy

SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT: Orders received 4/10/26-4/28/26 will ship 4/30. This shipping exception period supersedes our standard shipping timelines. No orders will be processed during the shipping exception period. If you need your product quickly after the shipping exception period, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping service.

We typically ship within 72 hours after you place your order, excluding preorders. Preorders will ship separately from the rest of your order.

We ship all orders USPS or UPS unless otherwise designated. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

Collective items ship separately from Red Bird Road jewelry and accessories. These items are sent directly from the manufacturer, will receive a separate tracking number, and may incur additional shipping fees based on the manufacturers rates. Collective purchases are excluded from Red Bird Road's Free Shipping threshold.

ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY will not be processed until Monday.

PO BOX & APO  U.S. Addresses will be shipped via USPS. We do not ship to international PO boxes.

PREORDER ITEMS are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping unless they are the only item on your order. Preorders ship separately and timelines for delivery are based on receiving the product in house for processing. Expected timelines are listed on the preorder, but are subject to change.

Red Bird Rd, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR CARRIER SHIPPING DELAYS. If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our team within 24 hours of receiving your order- admin@redbirdrd.com to resolve the issue. Please include a photo of the damaged product and the shipping package to expedite your claim.
