1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping in the United States for all orders over $75. No code required.
2. Where do you ship?
We ship from Arizona to anywhere in the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to ship internationally soon.
3. What payments do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and PayPal.
4. Do you accept returns?
While it is our hope that you love your items, we understand that occasionally that may not be the case. We accept returns of unworn products in their original packaging within 14 days of the original purchase date unless otherwise stated. Sale items are final sale. To start a return, please email admin@redbirdrd.com with a picture of your product. It is the customers responsibility to carefully ship the item back. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed and a refund to be issued.
5. How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain their brillance, follow these jewelry care tips:
- Roll bracelets onto your wrist instead of stretching them.
- Apply perfumes, lotions, and sunscreen before putting on your jewlery.
- Remove jewlery before bathing, swimming, working out, or participating in any activities that could damage it or cause it to get caught on something.
- Clean with a soft cloth or mild soap and water. Do not keep your jewelry submerged in water and be sure to promptly dry it with a soft cloth.
- Avoid exposure to chlorinated water and other harsh chemicals.
- We recommend storing jewelry in individual pouches to avoid scratches and tangles.
